I want to be clear one more time...i never said i want to go against the law. I don't go off on cops or give them attitude. I've gotten out of way more tickets then I should have because of how I interact with the cops...All thanks to my dad teaching me on what I should do.
Just my opinion...
Hideous? It looks like any other red dot.. Specifically a holosun.
All the dimensions besides the height are a smaller then the rmr. The height is shorter then a SRO.
We don't need to back up.. I know I did something wrong...speeding. Speeding doesn't mean I get treated like someone who is a cop shooter. Are you saying a cop shooter will follow that law and notify the cop he is carrying?
In the jpso and belle chasse situation they didn't ask me to unholster...
My comment was not about breaking a law. It was questioning why we even have that law. If someone is out to cause trouble they will do it. If they want to shoot a cop they aren't going to admit they have the gun. I have no intention to pull my gun out on a cop. So it will stay holstered concealed.
There is no reason I should have to notify a cop that I am carrying because I get pulled over for a traffic violation. How will it make his job any safer?
Yes... Opened up last summer I think. I went in to check it out and the two people working there were really nice. Not a big shop at all but had good selection of guns and accessories.
It's on 4th street.. I think it's next to a barbershop.

FYI.... Belle chasse and jpso didn't ask me to get out the car. Both of them thanked me for letting them know, assured me everything is fine. Did it all with a positive attitude and smile. The hundreds of pounds overweight westwego cop was shivering and voice trembled when I told him I was carrying.
Westwego cop had me turn around hands up. He got behind me, wrapped his arms around me, lifted my shirt and pulled my gun out. I appendix carry. Took the mag out, cleared the chamber and tossed it all in the back seat. Well he kept the mag until he was done writing the ticket.
I haven't lost any of my freedoms but yes pets are a responsibility. Which is why after our cat died we didn't get another one. Plus that cat grew up around birds so it never messed with our parakeet for the 13 years they lived together and neither this parrot.
That's why we decided to foster...
