I got inspired by the "what to keep in you day pack" thread in the hiking forum and since I just bought a be range bag, I was wondering what essential you guys keep in your range bags?

Here are the "essential" I have so far: eye and ear protection, a cople of screw drivers, small pair of pliers, staple gun and staples, small first aid kit, extra magazines, ammo and UpLULA loaders.

Cotton rags to wipe the guns down before packing them up . A wooden dowel has come in handy more than once to drive a squib round out of the barrel . Small bottle of gun oil .

Take down cleaning rod. I prefer a full length for home use but a take down has come in handy a few times.

Spare batteries for red dot, hearing protection, etc. An extra set of ear plugs, either in case the electronics die or as a loaner.

Multitool. Scope adjustments, loose mount screw, etc.

    Small bottle of break free.

A spare pair of eye and ear pro will come handy at times (doesn't have to be high-end stuff) - you never know who will forget theirs - and a small 8-in-1 screwdriver. That's in addition to the normal stuff, like spare mags, staple gun, staples, small LED flashlight, etc.
