Well as much as I hate to do it, I'm gonna part with the little R POD. The wife and I have been way too busy to use it and it's sitting in the sun. I've only used it twice, each time an overnighter where the water or sewer was never used. I've added a brand new small microwave and a couple of HD stabilizer jacks for the rear. It comes with the optional tent called a R DOME and a towing stabilizer. I have it priced a bit under what I have invested in it and I'm firm on $9500.

This thread has plenty of pics, you can see the details on the CL ad here.

Do any of you know a good location to do a two or three day kayaking trip? Proving to be challenging finding a location where we could set up camp and not be considered trespassing.

Thanks I will check that one out. Also as far as the safety concerns you can rest easy knowing I will not be going out until everything comes down a good bit! I'm by no means a professional kayaking supergooroo lol. I definitely don't want to end up on a Facebook missing person post.
