120 business days is more like 5-6 months but since there is no control over it I guess I just let it go :) It will come back one way or another.

Well, just received an approval email from LSP saying the permit will arrive in 10-15 days. Application submitted on 7/4, paid on 7/23, 39 days altogether.

    I submitted online Monday 7/7/14
I went to LSP in BR and did finger prints on Tuesday 7/8/14
Got an email saying application had been "Accepted" the next day, Wednesday 7/9/14, with a link to pay.
Got email that I was approved, and permit would arrive within 10-15 days on Tuesday 7/22/14
Permit arrived 6 days later in the mail, on 7/28/14.

I've lived in LA my whole life and only had 2 addresses, for what its worth. Total turn around from date of submission to receiving in mail for me was 3 weeks.

Just an update I went to Baton Rouge on 8/1/14 and I received my lifetime ccw on 8/15/14 everything I turned in and did at the Baton Rouge office. I was expecting a much longer time than that so I am very happy with how quickly they processed everything.

Turned in fingerprints at LSP in BR 10/7
    Got application accepted email 10/8
    Paid fee 10/10
    Waiting for "approved" email.

I was told in BR that once the fingerprints clear it only takes about a 6 days. I'll update when I hear more or get the permit in.
