These are drop in LED lights kits that fit the XL-650 & RL-550. The LED pod fits into the center hole of the tool head. Makes for a neat installation and the wire runs to the back of your machine out of the way. The kit for the XL-650 also contains a LED strip for more light and it comes all the wires and connections needed.
