No Hazmat fee on order w/ 5k of in stock primers

If you order a minimum of 5,000 primers. Getting low on available small pistol primers.

ETA: I checked to see and with 5k of primers in my cart and adding in powder, there was still no hazmat fee.

Widners has some at 21.50/1000. You've got to pay the hazmat fee, but I think that after 5k primers it makes their price better.

Anyone got any leads on affordable pistol powder for 9mm? Dont really care what it is as long as it is compatible with 9mm.
