    WOW...went into the Academy Sports in Hammond and there on the ammo isle were RCBS pistol dies, rifle dies, and primers...
    The fellow behind the counter says powder should be coming soon...

    Now this is great news for reloaders in New Orleans area....

    Behind the counter in Covington, I just bought myself the Lee kit, and a bunch of primers, I will buying more soon, and when poweder comes in I will be getting some, cant wait!!! I have a set of .223 dies and a RCBS hand primer tool now too..

    Yep.. true enough! I saw them behind the counter in the gun section a few days ago. I thought I was seeing things when I spotted them.... but they are there. Hope they get a decent stock of powder when that happens.

    Academy in Slidell has some stuff too and told me that they are planning to get more.

    Man at the counter said they won't be getting any powder though. Couldn't explain why.

    unfortunately I doubt they will. Or it may be store specific. I bought some primers from the Academy in Covington last weekend. I asked the guy behind the counter if they were going to get powder. He said he hadn't heard if they would be but he didn't think so.

    We will see.....
