    I can't comment on his post(forum restriction)but I wanted to say something.

I picked up some of Labeeman's honey yesterday and it is some delicious stuff!
If you haven't gotten some yet, you better get over there and do so!
I plan to use some in some grilling this weekend.

Let's support our favorite beekeeper. Labeeman! They do more than provide honey. They also polinate a huge variety of oter fruits and veggies we all love.

About 5 or 6 weeks ago on my way to Alabama I saw a tractor trailer loaded with honey bee hives and bees that were headed to a farm for polinating I bet.

labeeman, if you start to run low let me know so I can come by and get some more.

Yes...it's absolutely fantastic honey. Definitely better than store purchased honey IMO. And...its a beautiful golden colored honey. Thanks again labeeman.

I picked up a dozen bottles from Labeeman over the weekend. I tried it on my French toast and boy was it good! There's nothing like homemade honey. It's going to be a challenge giving the rest away to my customers.

If you get the chance to chat with Labeeman he is a heck of a nice guy. Thank you, sir.

I just finished making a pizza dough for homemade pizza tomorrow evening for the Saints game and I used Labeeman's honey instead of the suggested sugar for the recipe.

Great stuff and a great guy to deal with. Wish I had time to go out there to meet the guy and see his stuff instead of having it shipped here.

Alright, I'm sold. My next honey ale homebrew will have to include some local Louisiana honey.

Great person to do business with, and the honey is good. Got my bottle today, had it on some very spicy bacon topped backed chicken. Always good to support a fellow member of the forum.
