S&W M&P 15-22 OEM Quad Rail, Cap, and Barrel Nut.

Lower rail knotch was slightly modified to accept accessories (rail covers) as far back as the receiver (I didn't like that you couldn't put the rail covers on up to a certain point, so I dremmeled away a small piece of the divider to accomodate -- see the 4th picture).
These were removed from a like-new M&P 15-22 and, in turn, are like new as well.
