Local/Louisiana only based dealers of Arms & Ammo. No flea market items, just guns, ammo, knives & gear. Come out and get what you need. Also, come out and support young shooter Madison Adams in her fight against Leukemia!. T shirts, wrist bands and ammo sold at her table directly support her medical costs. She always has .22/.22 Magnum ammo (Yes higher than store, but for a good reason)

Anchor booth holders for the show are -Blades n Barrels, The Holmes Group, Hayes Gun Tools,Advanced Weapon Systems, RNR Guns,Ammo sellers, Prevost Guns, Cutrers Firearms, Clark Arms, Dutch's Mags and Grips, Fancy Clancy Brass, Murphy Knives,Tangi Safe Co.,And many more. Come spend a day with friends, buy, sell, trade, talk shop. Food concessions are the best $ around as well.
*Smaller show because we dont have plants, candles, nuts, and absolutely NO STUN GUNS going off all day long, so no headaches after you leave :)

Ammo giveaways both days. Drawing for 12 Ga giveaway on Sat. @4pm, Pistol on Sunday@3PM. Need not be present to win.

From I-12 West or East, exit to I-55 S. toward N.O., approx 1 1/2 miles on I-55, exit RT. to Ponchatoula, follow Pine St/HWY 22 just under 2 miles through town to 750 E. Pine /Lions Club on your left.)
(I-10 from N.O.= Exit I-10 at Hammond/I-55 N- follow I-55 approx 30 miles to Ponchatoula exit on rt (in curve), follow beside RR tracks to red light at Pine St/Hwy 22, turn RT at light , over tracks , approx 1 mi to 750 E. Pine /Lions Club on your left.

The building is really too small. This could be a really good show given more room.
Usually a bunch of ammo and reloading supplies, and the usual AR stuff.
Some old/classic stuff and always the beef jerky guy.
I go because of a friend in the Lions Club and usually get a discounted admission.

    worth going to?

To buy anything guy related, NO. You will pay more for almost anything there than if you would to just go to Academy, which is sad. But like previously mentioned part of it is for a great cause. I swore I'd never go there again but if I do it will be solely to purchase something from Madison Adams' table.

I've never been to this one, but that seems to be the case with most of the shows these days. I miss back in the day when people had tables at conventions and shows(not just gun shows but other shows and conventions as well) to pretty much get rid of their excess/old stock by selling at low prices.

I remember the golden oldie days of the early 60's when Colt single actions could be had for $90.00, Lugers for $40.00, etc. But, ... I was in grade school then and even if I would have been old enough to buy, those prices were well beyond my reach. :(

Newspapers were 2 cents back in those days too !! A piece of bubblegum at the store was a penny. A middleclass house note was $100.
