I recently came into possession of a Dan Wesson 44 Magnum that is in fairly rough condition. I would like to have it restored. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

    Thanks

What is rough? CZ USA is your source for mechanical issues. Several people out there offering refinishing services. If you go to the DW forum, you can likely still buy aftermarket barrels, wrenches, gauges, etc.

There are not many gunsmiths that really know revolvers. My first thoughts for a "non-custom" restore gun would be Cylinder and Slide or Turnbull.
