The advertised price is $667 but the make me an offer came back at $650. I know most people prefer the 9" but it's still a great deal. Sorry for the mobile link.

Do you know if it has the URX 3 or if it is the URX II that is pictured?

looks like a URX II, the 3's have flat spots on the side, and only rails at the very beginning and end.

Man, the prices of these uppers have really dropped. They were running ~1k consistently for the past year. I wonder if they are trying to get rid of them, and release a new version at shot show. And if so, what's the new one going to offer. I already have a 9'' version and have a URX4 on mine.
