Lohman Arms just emailed me and confirmed they had my 20 boxes of CCI "Quiet" Sub-sonics in and ready to ship! :bravo:

Did I mention that I ordered them on July 7, 2013! :rofl:

And they charged me more per box than originally quoted! :mad:

I've yet to see bricks anywhere, but I'll occasionally see a box of standard stuff going for almost $5 at Cabela's. No, thanks.

Picked up a 333 ct. box of Winchester for $16 at Academy today. They had a dozen or so boxes of that plus about 100 golden bullet 50 packs.

I only hope that the gouging a$$hats that were buying existing supplies at normal prices and selling them on the internet and at gun shows for $50-70 per brick have to eat their stash.

How much did they originally quote, and how much did they charge?

I picked up 10 boxes of the CCI Quiet 22s recently for I think $3.59 a box + tax.

Stopped by Kygunco's storefront today on the way home from visiting family over thanksgiving. Mountains of country hams and .22; walked out with. A case of .22 so the shortage is finally over for me. First .22 I've bought in almost 2 years.

I don't even remember the vendor anymore, but I got an e-mail the other day offering to fill an order for 3 boxes of Remington UMC 9mm that was backordered over a year ago.......for the 40 cents a round price quoted back then.

22 is as scarce as water out west. Damn yuppies overpay and buy anything they can get their hands on out here.

I got a good laugh the other day listening to one of them trying to return a case of 22 for single shot revolvers. Apparently they were having trouble reselling it... Serves the ********** right in my opinion
