Closest Class three dealer to the Northshore/NOLA?

Hi Guys,
I need to find a local Class 3 dealer for an NFA transfer out of state. Need to know contact information if and if you know what they charge for the transaction that would be helpful. SBR would be going to AL to class 3 dealer there.

The shop in pearl river is class 3 now. Last time I was in there a couple weeks ago the ATF agent was just there and approved everything.
