Have a few of these I bought when I had a Curio and Relic Lics. and still want to keep a few of each but thinking of selling a couple of each.. What are they selling for now... I remember in 04-05 paying 69-79 a piece. Thinking of going to Lamar Dixon gun show tomm and checking these out... Out of room I need to cull something. Anyone here bought or sold one lately.

Currently M44's are going for $200+ in good condition. M38's I don't really know.

I may be interested in an M44 if you're going to part with one.

Im not bringing anything to the show just going look at prices. I bought 3 of each of these (have 2 sons), my oldest son killed his 1st deer with a M38 Moisin in a synthetic stock. The M38's are a bit rough, war time production 1943. The M44's are made in 1946 and are beautiful, Almost look unissued. I'll take a few pics and post. My sons have no interest in my old WWII warhorses, except the Garands. They like the AR's and AK's. So I will be thinning out some of these soon. Will post here when I do.

Hope this link works. This is one of the M44's I was shooting awhile back when I got them. They are clean and excellent blue. The M38's look like the finish is painted on and stocks are not as nice. This was 1946 production after the war and was probably unfired when I got them.
