I pass your place every single day early in the morning and have no clue what building you are in. Your banner in the yard has been sagging for months, and your info on it is wrinkled to the passing eye.

I am not being an ass, I just want you to succeed! You are making it difficult for "casual off the street" traffic to see your place or your sign, and say; "Hey check that out! This guy sells ammo! Let's see what he has!"

Is your storefront behind the refrigerated supply company?

The gun store is inside the Associated Food building.
I kind of know an employee but not the owner.
    That's all I got...

I don't think he was looking for something to buy or work to be done... I think he was trying to tell the owner that he should dress the banner hanging on the building because it's not benefiting him in it's current state.

As someone that manages retail on a large scale and a business owner, I know I'd appreciate the feedback. While many don't realize the why and what, most people are attracted to certain things when it comes to selling to them. It's not always price.

I've seen the place too and thought of stopping in but I was unsure of where to go as well. Other than the old NA Guns on Florida, I've always wanted to see every gun business be successful. More stores is more better.

I also drive by there daily. I have pretty good vision and passed by for weeks before I realized the sign said "weapons" on it and drove by a few more weeks unsure of what building it was actually in. I finally had time to investigate a few Fridays ago and they were closed due to a gun show so I'm still curious about their inventory. I agree, the place definitely needs a better sign that also specifies it is inside Associated Food if they want to attract more people that happen to be passing by.

Up until now I have Never, Ever even seen such a sign. I have no idea the business even existed until this was posted.

If you want walk in customers you may consider better signage. Also I see there is a 225 area code for the store in the forum link above. I assumed this store was not local to NOLA.

I also pass this place on my way to work everyday. I noticed after Newtown they had a "we have .22lr" sign up front but I have never stopped in because it's an Associated Grocery building. I guess I'll have to take the time to stop and see what they have.
