Changed the blocking design, due to the previous version scratching the slide if the gun was holstered at an angle. I'm still learning, but I'm only going to be making Taco Holsters from now on. They are the way to go. I'm a firm believer that they are superior for OWB and IWB carry, but that's another discussion for another day.

The sight channel came out exactly how I wanted it to. I used a scrap piece of kydex, that's why it came out short on the muzzle end.

The IWB magazine carrier came out great. It does not use any eyelets or retention screws. It is solely held in place by the tension of the kydex and the magazine catch cutout.

Looks great man! Any idea on how to get the edges perfectly rounded and buttery smoothed like they are on my rcs?

Goof off is the cheap trick, but I don't do it, as it will slowly eat the kydex away.
You can also polish on a buffing wheel, which is what most people do. Some with compound, some without. You'll be hand sanding for days trying to replicate what a buffing wheel will do.

Good stuff, looks much better than your first one. I was never a fan of the "2 sheets of kydex held together by a ton of rivets style."

Thanks! The first one was very experimental. The first taco style that have ever made. I've learned a lot after those two and will eventually get around to making a competition style holster. I don't think I'm quite ready to venture into a level 2 retention ALS style holster just yet, but it's in the works.
