    They are busy right now trying to figure out how to avoid or undermine term limits. Somehow, that place has turned into the little Kremlin as far as I am concerned. They think they just know better than us peasants.

    If the weapons ordinance goes on a Parish Council agenda again before the election, it could help limit some terms.

    I thought the same thing. I have not traveled the Trace near Covington. It parallels hwy 36 to Abita Springs. There is an area near the Covington end which I would call sketchy. When I was in my teens I had a black friend who lived there and I was never comfortable going to his house. Not because of his family. Traveling the streets back there was scary. Being one of the few whiteys never helped.

    The trace going towards Covington gets sketchy. If you're going to ride the trace, stick with riding the trace through Mandeville to Slidell. If you're really ballsy, you can ride hwy 21 up to Bush, LA :hs:
