We are scheduled to restart 3 gun in Poplarville on Sept.6. That is Labor Day weekend. Before we commit to it, we need to have a commitment from the shooters. How many will be there? BJ will do online registration on the club website before hand.

    Let us know.

I am going to try to be there. Are there enough people to make it happen?

If you don't think it's enough, I'm okay with waiting for October. If you do think it's enough, I will plan on going, barring weather. I do need to make sure I'm back on the road by about 2pm at the latest.

Sorry to do this fellas, but I am going to bail on the match tomorrow. I've been working out in the heat all day today, and I don't think it would be a wise choice to get out in the heat all day tomorrow too. I nearly got heat exhausted at last year's September match and don't want to run that risk this year.

    Saturday night update

Wayne and I set up the match this afternoon. The range got a brief shower late in the day but the road was OK when Wayne was leaving. We are still on as of now.

First, thank you Bill and Wayne for the hard work to make this happen, it was a good match!
It was still hot and I felt it at the end, but worth it!
And WOW what a finish, can't get any closer than that, congrats to Wayne and Will

Thanks to everyone that made it out, and especially for all the help with tear down. All I had to do was drag out the rifle targets, everything else was pulled down, piled up and waiting to go on the trailer. That makes it so much easier on us, esp when the temp on my truck mirror was reading 101. :hi5:

Cograts to Will and KZ. Just about a three way tie for first place, couldn't get much closer.

I hope everyone had fun. Hopefully we'll see ya next time.
