    Hey, I've searched a few places for this but haven't found anything. I'm about to fill out the form for the FFL 03 and was wondering if I have to put my spouse as a partner. I'm probably reading too much into that part. She has access to the armory. Or do I only have to put her down if she will have exercisable authority over the disposition of the C&R items? I just wanna be totally clear here. Thanks!

    I was looking at the application form and it asks for a valid hunting license, and states that if you do not possess a valid hunting license you probably would not pass a background check??!!??!? WTF??? Does this mean you MUST have a hunting license just to apply for a C & R FFL?

    Tx_oil, I think that's in Section 10 and applies only to non-immigrant aliens..

    I believe the references to a "Partnership" is the legal/tax/business arrangement, not a domestic partner (aka spouse). If in doubt, though, I'd contact the ATF for clarification.

    I never have and I am on my third renewal. {NOT THIRD WIFE}

    +1, though not literally on the number of renewals. I had a C&R for a very long time over the years and never listed my wife on anything related to said, and I had no problems during that time. I had one compliance inspection and it was no big whoop as everything checked out in my records. I only hung up my license when I realized there was almost nothing on the C&R market that I was interested in any more.

    Exactly:

    AFAIK, if you are a US citizen, and everyone who falls under your license is also a citizen, you mark that section "N/A" and move on.
