Anyone have any difficulties with Hornady Critical Defense Ammo? These are sometimes very difficult to unload in my HK45C. That is, remove the clip and the slide is extremely difficult to cycle to unload the chambered round. Switched to W-W ammo and the problem went away.

Curious, why are you trying to manually unload a chambered round?

I'd be checking the throat and bore for debris.

I'm unfamiliar with "W-W" ammo, but I've never had issues with Hornady Critical Defense in any firearm.
Also, your HK45C requires the use of magazines, not clips.

For example, when switching from $$ defense rounds to hard ball ammo for plinking. "W-W" = Winchester-Western. Throat and bore are clean. Pardon my misspeak on clip vs magazine. Think I will break out the micrometer and check O.D. of several rounds.

Haha I though you meant Winchester Whitebox. Thanks for the clarification. No issues here with Critical Duty or Critical Defense.
