Yesterday I made something I'm not sure if it has been done before but it was in the back of my mind to do and so I did. Using canned biscuits I quartered them and tossed them with melted butter in a large bowl and added cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, pulled pork, jalapeno pepper slices, bbq rub, and bbq sauce. Mixed well but gently and put the mixture into a Bundt pan and baked for about 50 minutes. The results were fantastic and are below.

Topped(or rather bottomed it off... (it will melt into the middle)... with more cheese and bbq sauce.

Right out of the oven. I did it the first time in the oven to be doing it in a totally controlled environment but it can be done in an enclosed outdoor cooker at 350*.

Topped of with more mozzarella cheese while still hot.
