I scooped this up second hand. Its a G23/32 threaded barrel chambered for 357 Sig. Who makes this barrel? Im trying to figure out which thread pattern this is....Im thinking its the old school 9mm .5x36 pattern. My .5x28 thread protector stated to thread but stops after a quarter turn. The threads are also finer than the .5x28.

So I put a thread gauge on the end of the barrel just now and the closest thread count that matched was 32 tooth....has anyone heard of a 32 tpi for .357 sig? Just seems to be oddball.

Its is def a right hand thread. The closest metric was 0.8...not a close enough fit though. I guess I just need to try a .5x36 accessory.

Did you try a 36 TPI gauge? This should be really easy to figure out if you have a good set of fractional and metric thread pitch gauges.

I have some standard gauges I can bring by later if you don't already have a complete set. I couldn't find metric set. May be able to match it up at any hardware store??

This is all I have with me today.
