I can always use delivery drivers. And in my experience, retirees or mature minded adults have always been the most respectful, pleasant, polite, dependable, and courteous employees. Over the years, I have hired many retired men that just wanted to stay active, or make a little extra money.
So if you are, or you think someone you know may be interested; here is the skinny:
Full or part time availability. M-Sat
Must have at least a Class E Driver's License to start; then be willing to get a Class D (chauffer's) which I will pay for. A Class D Is NOT a CDL. A CDL is not required!
Able to pass a Driver Medical Card exam, which I will pay for.
Must have a clean MVR.
Must pass drug test.
Deliveries will all originate out of B.R. facility to any of these cities: Lafayette, Lake Charles, Alexandria, Houma, Thibodaux.
These are smaller type trucks; heaviest cargo up to 70#
