Update: $700 price is based on a ballpark figure of $300 for the rifle and $400 for the ammunition. I am willing to sell them separately but would prefer to have a purchaser interested in the rifle only prior to selling the ammunition by itself.
I am looking to sell a Czech vz.24 8mm Mauser rifle with 900 rounds of Yugoslavian 196gr surplus ammunition. I received it in a trade several years ago and it has sat in my safe ever since. I have never fired it but it appears to be in good working order. I always had plans for it but life got in the way, and now I find myself needing to sell off several items to fund other things.
Note - Surplus Mauser rifles and ammunition sometimes experience issues with light primer strikes. Not having fired it myself, I do not know if this rifle and ammunition combo would have that problem or not. I always intended on replacing the firing pin spring with this one to correct the problem if indeed there was one:
