    The second one was in response to the first. IMHO a terrible way to "combat" the first one, BUT I guess you can say it worked. The argument against was made on the side of enforcement, nothing else. I don't see this being a win... the minds that thunk it up remain.

    You would think this would have been in the argument against but it wasn't. I never thought my Parish would come across as a NOLA wanna be.

    Thats because of the douche bag Parish President that just got elected. I grew up with this self rightous clown. Always been a PIA.

    Public pressure may have been instrumental too. "The parish attorney referred to public pressure as he requested the motion to postpone the two ordinances indefinitely."
