Not falling for anything here just making everyone else aware. I like sticking to facts but if anything it makes me feel a little warm and fuzzy knowing this cloud is back over her head only a few days before the election (not that it will likely have any affect on it).

The WikiLeaks have proven that not only did she lie to Congress, and I would assume she told the same story to the FBI, but the Dumbass lied to the American people about it when he said in an on camera interview that he found out about her "illegal" server the same time the American people found out.

The FBI only needs to put a few pieces of the puzzle together now; because the rest of the puzzle was already finished by the previous investigation.

If there is enough evidence showing the American public (the ones that are not f'n stupid ideological zombies), that she perjured herself, there is no way they cannot indict her. The country would erupt.

It can still run for President under investigation, but not under indictment.

As much as I despise this criminal and all she stands for politically, I am hoping she gets indicted in the name of justice more than if it would knock her out of the race.

This is huge! It will most certainly have a very negative impact on her! Remember, no one but these criminals knows what is in all these emails. Now, everyone is reading every one of them that leaks out. Each day, the collusion, collaboration, and conspiratorial nature of what was going on with this is becoming increasingly clear.

I realize that the vast majority of the phony zombies would still elect her even if she slit the throat of a black baby while yelling "allahu ahkbar" on t.v. at a press conference, but at some point; a lot of people will just have to admit, they cannot support this criminal enterprise.

She should be in prison. I agree and would love to see it happen. I just think she needs a boost so they will bring something up to save face and in a few days they will say there is nothing there and put her on a pedestal and paint her white as snow. I pray I'm wrong but I'm afraid the Right is falling into a well placed trap. I'm still waiting for lynch mob to make a statement. Forgive me if I have lost faith in the bureau but....

There is absolutely NO way that the indictment could take place before the election. So what happens if she wins and is indicted? Then what?

There is definitely a major part of me that 100% agrees. That this is the Hail Mary to make the email scandal go away once and for all but then what if it's the real deal? I will keep a small glint of hope.

They just need to temper what they say. They should all begin saying in unison, on Clinton; "How much more of this do the American people have to endure to realize this person should not be running for the Presidency of the United States of America?"

They must not allow her to slither and slime into a sympathy hole. Keep it measured, and keep it simple. Remember, they are trying to convince the 5 or 6% that are polling the lead for The Criminal. That is like trying to talk rationally to small children. Keep it simple.

She would have to either step down a la Richard Nixon, or Congress would have to impeach her. Nixon is the only modern day precedent for this. The USA would not be able to handle a President elect getting sentenced to jail in the office. Nixon stepped down BEFORE he was going to be indicted!

Let me add, that even though they are **** too; the Republicans would immediately convince Trump to resign were he in the same situation as The Criminal (if indicted that is); but these are democrats. As we've seen over and over, they don't give a rats ass about anything that resembles Constitutionality!

The letter of intent to investigate is already in the hands of Congressional leaders. That is the protocol. This is a big deal! It is online now too!

Over 70% of the population feels like the FBI screwed the pooch on this. If this is a veiled attempt to save face, this ain't the way to do it!

You should email this to the RNC and give them some advice. I can't see them capitalizing on this like they should.
