Yesterday I picked up some fresh baked pistolettes(mini loaves about 4 - 6 inches long that are basically the same as the bread used for Poor Boys here)for brisket I warmed from a previous Keg smoking session.

Earlier in the day I had shredded some smoked gouda cheese and decided to make some smoked gouda mac & cheese.

Brisket pistolettes, both had sweet & hot jalapeno slices.

I also baked a lil dessert but I didn't indulge as I was stuffed. I'll give it a try today.
