    Just picked up my first Japanese milsurp rifle. From what I can tell from my research it is a Type 38 carbine from the Tokyo Arsenal and is chambered in 6.5 x 50 Japanese. The bore is pristine and the bolt functions flawlessly. Just picked up a box of ammo ( kind of hard to come by except on the internet) and I can't wait to see how it shoots. Never had to much interest in these but this one was too good to pass on. I do have the dust cover but it is not in the pictures. Let me know what you think.
