    Hi all, i am looking to have my savage model 12 6.5 creedmoor bull barrel threaded. Any recommendations in the new orleans to baton rouge to covington areas?

    Your location says South Louisiana. It might help if you use the name of your town. There are some good 'smiths in Houma, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, etc...
    I thread barrels if you want to drive to Pine Grove. It's between Baton Rouge and Amite

    I am also looking for someone to thread one of my barrels- for thread size 5/8-24 for a RockRiver .308 20" bull barrel AR10. This is for an AAC 51T 7.62 flash hider.
    Willing to travel from Thibodaux for quality work.

    eMGunslinger did my Ruger 10/22 while I waited. It had been threaded before but apparently it wasn't done right. He shortened my barrel and cut new threads for me and did excellent work. He works at Ferrara Firearms in Baton Rouge off Airline between Old Hammond and Goodwood Blvd.
