    Please note that pages 1 and 2 on Form 1 and 4 should be printed front/back, not 2 separate pages. ATF will not approve it if it is on 2 separate pages.

    These are simply forms and samples of filled out forms. Any questions that you have in regards to the process and procedure necessary to purchase/build/transfer an SBR should be searched in the Class III forum or a new thread posted. I am not a lawyer and any information herein is strictly for educational purposes and should be researched properly and consulted with a legal professional prior to any action taken.

    As Spanky said, I am no Lawyer, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express Last Night.

    I filled out some sample forms with what worked for me. YMMV. There are more required forms, such as fingerprint cards, etc...

    I may also be a figment of your imagination, so I accept no responsibility for any harm caused by incorrect paperwork.

    One more thing, when ever you send in your Form 1 you will have to include a form entitled "Certification of Compliance with 18 U.S.C. 922(g)(5)(B)"

    This form was a pain-in-the-ass.
    You answer questions 1 & 2 with your name, #3 with United States, then proceed to sign and date it.
