well make it clear to him that my dad never had a lot of money so it was always a work in progress it was his life

so it will probably need some work, but they are very motivated to sell it so the price can be pretty flexible.

Asking price is $62k, they would sell it for $50k though. 100% sure about that...so its a really nice deal.
