    I've never done a timeline on any of my other forms 1 or 4, so here goes...

    02/01/2010 - mailed form 1 & state form
    02/12/2010 - received approved state registration & DOJ check cleared
    02/13/2010 - NFA engraving by Request Dust Off
    03/22/2010 - form 1 pending, Examiner - William Shipman
    03/30/2010 - faxed state registration to examiner (304.616.4501)
    04/12/2010 - form 1 approved
    04/26/2010 - received form 1 in mail

    nice, we had the same examiner. mine was around 60 days for approval that's including the crazy snow storm that happened in the NorthEast in Feb, and they were shut down for a week. I don't know why they approved the Form 1 and then held it for ~2 weeks before mailing it off. Did you have 2 signatures on yours like i did on mine?

    Was yours an individual registration or a trust and if it was a trust, was it your 1st item registered to the trust? This was my 2nd item registered to my trust.

    Nope, just Shipman's.

    Does the first item registered to a trust take longer? Im getting very close to buying my first suppressor just have to save up a couple more checks and was just wondering.
