My 2 items both went pending on May 12. Everything I have seen and heard (NFA Tracker, others I know etc.) has been showing that the average turnaround time lately for Trust transfers with my examiner (Frushour) was running about 3 months. Just called to check the status and was told that they are now running about 5 months from "Pending" to "Approval" and that he won't get to my apps until the middle of October! I know I am preaching to the choir here, but dang it, this waiting stuff is HARD!!! :deadhorse: :D

From what I have read on other forums, Frushour is running about 100 days from pending to approval right now. I went pending with Frushour on 5/20 so we should see our forms about the same time.

That's what I had been hearing and reading as well until I was told today by the lady checking my status that he was currently taking 5 months. Who knows though? Guess we'll find out soon since we are both coming up on 100 days.

My supp. took 45 days door to door. Im seriously considering sending Mrs Ann Feltnor a thank you card. LOL

That has a lot to do with buying it from someone who already had it on a F4 in the same state. Had you bought the same can from a dealer, I doubt it would have been the same story.

Heres a question, without going thru the trust and just having CLEO sign off, has anyone in the Ascension Parish area gone thru this method?
What has been the steps, procedure and wait times for each step?

Thanks guys, I am a total dumb ass when it comes to the Class III items and procedures.....
