    Around 100$ more but that looks justified with the hand guard, retainer, 24mm FSB and less work. Still no bayonet lug :hs:

    That looks like a bayonet lug under the front sight post to me. What is it? Good post BTW. I wasn't aware of this and it certainly makes a DIY K-Var/Arsenal much easier. The handguard and lack of a threaded muzzle was the real problem in making an AK looking rifle from a Saiga.

    It has the bayo lug but it has been neutered.(Easaly reparable).This is a good deal on a saiga with the frontend already done.Hell you cant get the parts and do the lathe work yourself for 100 bucks.

    I see it now. It looks like they ground off the bottom locking surface.
