I know the odds are high any 1911s will be overpriced and worn out. I want to be ready just in case. In the past I seen matches in Gonzales and McComb advertised to make one qualified for the CMP. This is what I am looking for.

Believe me I'm hoping for the best for consumers because I am one.
This will take time, I expect at least a year or two.
The CMP needs to make money. I expect the first lot to go to auction to see what people are willing to pay. Nowadays there a lot of people "into guns" with a lot of money. There will different grades ie rack, field, service, correct & collector grades at different price points. They will probably be released in small batches to keep demand up.

Sent via telegraph with the same fingers I use to sip whiskey.
