Howdy!

Nick's in Garyville (just past Laplace on Airline hwy) has an informal Sunday morning match. Its a great match for beginners to learn. Its been a while but last time I shot it, the cost was $10 and you needed 60 rounds of at least 9mm/.38.

Thanks,

I'm trying to put a post together that asks all of my initial questions and hope to have it posted tomorrow.

As an aside, we have friends who live in Port Vincent and love to visit up there.

I remember reading something here on the board that Nick's had a fire and that the range hadn't reopened. Maybe I remembered incorectly.

Welcome, Nicks had a fire but it was the new office building. Range is open never was closed. We have informal matches starting back up on Jan 3rd. They are on Thursday night 6pm, and Sunday morning 8:30 am. Also .22 rifle matches on Sat. mornings at 7:45 am. Go to LaGator.org for a list of IPSC/IDPA clubs and match info. Also there is practice matches on Monday night it Precision in B.R. you'll see post by Beaxdog on that usually. http://www.bayoushooter.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=27414
