I just had three suppressors approved on a Form 4 in less than three months.

Form 4's and Form 1's are apples to oranges on approval time. Further Form 4's on Trust vs Form 4's via Individual also will vary. http://www.silencershop.com/support/atf-wait-times/

No worries, I just know people see Form 1's approved in ~ a month then wonder why their Form 4 is well over that time frame. I myself did not realize that there was a major difference until not all that long ago.
A Form 4 on a trust just got approved in 3 months and 10 days from check cashed to approved. (added value)

These were dated three months on the nose from the date the SOT signed to approval. I was pleased.

Should I just form 1 a receiver amd build an SBR? Why will they move so fast on that and so slow on a form 4 SBR?

The difference is e-filing. Currently Form 4's require the old hard copy/snail mail approach. Form 1's can be e-filed with a trust.
