Looking for cheap paper targets

Anyone know of a good source for cheap paper targets? Preferably silhouette style targets. The cheapest that I've found so far are B-29 style targets about 11 cents each in bulk:

I've purchased IPSC type practice paper targets (they have all of the other standards as well) from Sportsman Guide (when they have a sale) or the Target Barn in boxes of 50. Shipping is usually the dealmaker or breaker. Recently I've found a pretty decent deal on the official IPSC cardboard targets from Shooters Connection, especially if you pick up a hundred at a time.

I'm thinking at at fraction of the price of one round of ammo, 11 cents is a pretty good deal. I'm guessing the shipping may be more than the actual targets.
