    Maybe i missed something when i read the article , but it did not say anything about a gun in a COAT, It said the gun was in a PURSE !

    Should she (hopefully, considering the purse) be charged with Negligent Carrying?

    I say yes; as it must have been carried in such a way that it was foreseeable that the gun could discharge. Unless, it truly just "went off".

    Place REQUIRES a Coat???????????? WTF I've heard of dress policy b4 but never seen a place that required a coat for me to get service. Let me guess their special is SOUP while wearing a COAT ??
