I know Klein makes a locking blade, but I'm hoping to find something that holds an edge better. The locking blade is a company policy, and I've had my Case close on my finger a few times when pulling it out of a cable jacket. If I get myself good like that, I could see being fired.

What's your price range? Do you want it for general EDC or self defense?

This setup will run around $220-250. I made the sheath myself, so I just had the cost of the knife.

My Selby Knives Little Folsom ran around $70-80ish. They may have gone up in price, but I love this knife and highly recommend it.

An ESEE Izula will run $40-50 and there are tons of horizontal sheaths out there. You can even modify the OEM sheath for Horizontal Carry.

I don't have a particular price range. I like the selby though, where is that for sale at? Did you make that holster, or was it included? If not included, how many dollar bills and beer bottles would I have to trade you to get one? :D

I can get you Brian Selby's contact information. Brian is good people and makes a great knife!
The sheath pictured is Brian's sheath that I butchered, but I have made many of my own.

    Speaking of beer... :D

I picked it up unused from a collector. It was a sprint run, so when they're gone, they're gone. I got lucky and stumbled on this one. I looked for a long time for it. I think Bento Box shop has one, but it's really overpriced.

Next sprint run comming out is the Endura and Delica in HAP40 steel which is supposed to be the new thing in supersteels. I might snap up a Delica.

Yeah he's turning out some nice mammoth lately. Vince just put up a couple more that are very nice.

I like the third one but it will be a while before I have the wherewithall to get it. By then, it should be gone.

His prices are up in the expensive range now. The days of a knife for $175 are gone.

The model is actually called the "BLUR" and Speed Safe is just Kershaw's name for the Torsion bar design they use to make it an assisted opener. Even if that Blur is the model with 14c28n blade steel, $23 is a hell of a deal.

The S30V and Elmax blade steel versions run North of $60-70, but for $20, the Sandvik steel is a bargain! If you grow tired of the pocket clip, there are some deep carry clips on Fleabay for cheap.

This one goes on lighting deal at 10:00 a.m. is this one any good? Im guessing it will be 75% off
    http://www.amazon.com/dp/B00AU6NIV2?tag=lightningdealwatcher-20

Too late for the Lightning deal but yes. Very solid knife. The edge is a little straight, some people like that some prefer more belly. Personal preference. But that sandvik steel is very good. It's kershaws own alloy that sandvik produces for them. Only down side is that the tip is a little delicate, as is normal for very pointy knives like that. Other than personal preference stuff, it should last you a very long time.
