      I just want to make sure I understand the conditions. The total price out the door is $60 each stripped lower (PSA or EA probably), payment to be made prior to shipment by pay-pal, check or money order? If that is the case, I will go in for two.

      Any active amateur radio operators in NOLA?

      I have received VHF broadcasts from 60 miles away. Is that uncommon? It is not typical, but I don't find that it is uncommon given my antenna height (antenna height ~40ft). Broadcast range seems more restricted but that is harder to pin point.

      What did you want people to focus on? That the guy wasted 28 minutes of the court's time so that the judge could let him off because the state failed to prove that his car was the car illegally parked? The judge should run his courtroom a little better than that.

      Emperor, There is no way you can precisely predict the speed he was going based on the skid. The weight distribution and his obvious preference for the rear brake could allow an individual to produce a very long skid mark at relatively slow speeds.
