      What if dealer closes

      Normally if a SOT isn't renewing their license and has a bunch of stuff still pending the NFA branch will get it approved so that they can transfer it before their SOT expires. I'd imagine if the FFL was going out of business and communicated with ATF they would work with them to get any pending...
