      Totally misunderstood then. They call these guys the "sign Nazi's" as well since they are always running around enforcing the sign rules and will take them in a heartbeat. That's what I thought he meant.

      I work for the City of Bossier City so if B.R. is anything like ours, it would be the Metropolitan Planning Commission (MPC) which controls sign regulations.
