No maybe not however a picture ID will prove if you’re a registered voter on the approved list of registered voters to vote. Anytime I’ve voted in Louisiana I show up to the polling place and wait in line to show my state ID. I show my state ID and they find my name on the list.
Proof of citizenship will probably take place at voter registration.
Especially after the Kari Lake "loss".
Right, one cannot be on the voters list without proof of citizenship. The rest goes as Jstudz220 said.
