yes, I just got it a little while ago.
He reached out, gave me an explanation and offer to settle this and put it behind us. I agreed and have been paid.
I consider us square and acknowlege he did the right thing.

It's comforting knowing that most members on this site have morals and ethics. I have done a few transactions with other members and all have been good. I hope the streak continues!!
I'm going to go ahead and close this thread. I've been in touch with the buyer/seller and it sounds like that this is just the case of a compounded shitty situation.
Without airing anyone's laundry, the seller (who this thread was about) had some medical problems and thought that someone else had rectified this situation on his behalf. There were hiccups. The seller ended up refunding the OP his money and it sounds like all parties are happy.
I appreciate all the members reaching out and trying to help the OP. We're a good community and this is just an example of that. It sucks that the seller had medical problems that somewhat caused his name to get drug through the forums a bit, but at this point it is what it is and we can definitely move forward.
