      After seeing what she was doing on the way back, it made me come to the possible conclusion that she briefly thought bout doing that to me the first time I passed her, then she realized that she might actually get what she was likely pretending to want.

      I use that term loosely. I'll go back to the fact that interference with police duties is already illegal, regardless of distance. Now, just being within a predetermined, relatively large distance away, regardless of action, will land someone a charge.

      Believe it or not, there are times when cops are in the wrong. This law would make it easier for them to get away with being in the wrong. It's already illegal to interfere with police duties.
