      Turned in app & did fingerprints at the SP headquarters in BR on April 10. Permit issue date April 24. Received in the mail on April 30. My wife did hers the same day and we're still waiting on it. Hopefully this week. I teased her and said she must be a shadier character than me. LOL

      This is interesting. I did notice that there are places where you can buy lottery tickets from a vending machine where you have to be of age to buy. Can't see how ammo could / should be any different.

      First Pistol for Daughter Questions

      I bought my wife an LC9 and am thinking about getting one for myself. This is a sweet little 9mm. Shoots well and easily carried.

      I reload for all of my guns including 9mm. I haven't tried lead bullets in the 9mm yet, but based on this thread I may have to try it. Biggest problem I have with the 9mm is that the semi-auto pistols throw the brass so bad that quite a few get lost.

      Y'all talking my neck of the woods here. I grew up in Greensburg (or just east of there off of 10 & 441). Still go up there fairly regularly and do some shooting and hunting on my Dad's place. My son and I want to set up for some long shots there just for kicks some time.
