      I knew a guy whose family had a redfish farm in South TX area…Austwell, to be exact. They had a ton of land that bordered the Aransas NWR. It was like going to a zoo…you never knew what you were going to see. We killed a lot of hogs down there at night.

      I have a circ. 1909 Winchester 1895 chambered in 30-03. It’s been passed down to me through two prior generations. I’ve been wanting a .41 mag on a S&W frame for a long time. Just haven’t found the right deal, yet.

      There should be mandatory marsh burning every year. Best thing that could happen to the marsh is to burn all the dead grass and allow new growth, each year. No different than trimming back your ornamental grasses each year to allow them to grow back healthier with a thriving root system.

      Moving a gun safe

      I bought a stick of the gray pvc electrical conduit, cut it into four pieces, leap-frogged the PVC. Really only used two pieces, but have used three. Laid cardboard down on the floor to not mark up anything. Use the weight of the door to give yourself leverage when you need it…like, when trying...
