I ordered front and back buis over 3 weeks ago.. They took the money out of my account 2 days later( over a hundred bucks)... I have yet to see the sights or hear from them.. I left several emails and phone messages with no return phone calls or return emails... Anyone have any exp. with them???

get a print out of there shipping time & any/all your records, I had nothing & still won 140.00 got put back to my account!

Don't let it go unsaid any longer trust me!!!

They would have responded back by now if they had service man!!

Had to return a flashlight to Falcon - very nice lady in Customer service and free shipping was quickly arranged. Got light back already. Maybe I was lucky but I was satisfied. (And their price was reasonable).
